Kde se pěstuje

Locations
Khon Kaen, Rayong, Chachoengsao

Kde koupit

Guidance
Fresh fruit should be treated as local/seasonally variable rather than guaranteed supermarket stock. Documented community-enterprise channels include Rayong and Chachoengsao, with juice, syrup, jam/jelly and candied/dried products; check local fruit/farm/community markets for fresh fruit.

Skladování

Guidance
Fresh karanda is perishable; use sound ripe fruit promptly and keep it cool after harvest. No universal household day count is asserted. Thai public/research programs document syrup, jam/jelly, candied/dried and other processed forms as longer-keeping routes.

Bezpečnost

  • Thai public/university sources explicitly describe the ripe fruit as edible.
  • The plant has thorns and white latex in stems/branches; these are not food parts and should not be treated as part of the fruit-eating instructions.
  • This consumer profile excludes medicinal-dose/extract claims and does not recommend leaves, bark, roots or latex for ingestion.
